I am downloading the 8. I did enable download from other PCs on "delivery optimisation", but it didn't help much. I think the full game also took some time to download, but I predownloaded it. so I didn't care much I have had the same issues, I am not sure what causes it, it doesn't happen all the time. Once I restart my computer it seems to work fine again. I have the same problem on both PC and XBOX one X. I subscribed to a Mb optical, but my download speed is 1~2 Mb. What not to do: I did read a post on how to fix the slow downloads but after following the instructions I think it made my download even slower, that discussion was locked so I could not comment so I'm sharing my tips in this post. msc which will open Group Policy files so that you can enable downloading from other PC's but I needed to download an add-on just to get to that file. After looking for solutions I found that there is only two that have been found so far, neither worked for me. Here are the two solutions for reference, it might work for others and it seems like it has. It seems as though Microsoft is only allowing a brief connection which is quickly instructed to slow down before downloading another small chunk. I kind of figure it may involve COVID and this is just Microsoft's attempt at easing the heavy use of the internet, but if anyone has heard of another solution that would be great!

Also if you start by going to the Microsoft Store you will see a link under the download bar that says "Get info on faster download speeds" clicking the link will bring you right to the Delivery Optimization settings.
